Current Openings
Principal Engineering Consultant
As a Principal consultant at Daemon you will be expected to lead in the definition, design and delivery of the engagements and clients you are assigned. You will become a trusted advisor to the client and lead some of the more client centric relationship management tasks. Being technically strong you will be required to lead on the creation of the Statement of Work (SoW). You will lead on writing the technical part of the SoW and define the scope of the project and its definition of done. In conjunction with the Head of Practice you will play a lead role in defining the commercials of the project and will be responsible for stakeholder management and reporting of delivery centred information and the engagement lifecycle. A Principal at Daemon is truly part of the leadership team and as such will be expected to help grow the business as one of your day to day duties. You will take ownership and nurture a strong relationship with your client. You will help build the account through organic growth by seeking new opportunities by being aware of ongoing business requirements within the client. You will collaborate with Account and Sales Teams and other SMEs in Daemon to bring your technical knowledge to pre-sales, discovery and RFP efforts. Reporting to the Head of Practice you will be a people manager with a number of direct reports and will act as a mentor to more junior staff to help and encourage them in their technology careers.
